Heads up on the FMCSA rule change: a general EAD no longer qualifies for a non-domiciled CDL — you need H-2A, H-2B or E-2 status with SAVE verification, capped at one year. And English proficiency at inspection is now an out-of-service risk. Check your paperwork before renewal.
