DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 10/10/2026Actually dropping the prices of their game is amazing to see, props to SEGA. Sure it was overpriced at launch but how often do you see games lower their base price? 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 10/10/2026They're kinda cooking with Sonic Crossworlds not gonna lie. Meanwhile Mario Kart sitting pretty much dormant since release. 010
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 08/10/2026So Gears of War E-Day is a game, huh? Another AAA garbage game with woke strong female characters and incompetent male ones. I haven't played it and from what I've heard I ain't gonna. Marcus and Dom barely in their own game. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 05/10/2026So much Rouge the Bat on my timeline at the moment. Blessed. 022
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Gamebanana's website has become so full of ads it barely functions. Granted my internet isn't the best but it takes a long time to load pages and download mods. Used to be a great place for finding some mods but it's not what it once was. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 29/09/2026So many bizarre choices made with Crossworlds. If I want to play a team race it forces me to do Sonic Speed, like why the hell can't I pick the speed? DLC characters can't be played by the AI. Drifting sucks, especially with planes and boats, boats don't even HAVE drifting. The items are ridiculous. 101

DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 09/09/2026Trying to watch a VOD on Twitch but the playback bar at the bottom is gone now? Won't let me skip forward or back, is this a bug or Twitch making VOD watching even worse? 010
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 09/09/2026I hope the Nintendo direct will be better than that. Zelda movie they only showed it's title and the remake someone said turn all shiny settings to max. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 09/09/2026Devs need to stop putting shine on everything, also Link looks like porcelain doll. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 09/09/2026I'm just gonna say it, more graphics has ruined gaming. Everything going for hyperrealism now whereas back in the day technology was limited and they had to be more creative. Some of those old games look great still because of their art style, then you see their remake and they look soulless. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 09/09/2026Just started looking at the Zelda direct and I do not like the remake's art style. It looks so weird, same problem with Starfox. Nintendo in their make things look uncanny period. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 07/09/2026Finally got round to seeing Zombieland Saga movie, what a wild ride. It was great to see them again and the producer is always great. I always seem to get a little emotional when the credits start rolling on something that I've enjoyed watching. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 06/09/2026People treating a raspberry pi as if it's AI in Vinny's latest Tomodachi Life stream is nuts. AI sucks but this ain't AI and all these anti-AI mobs need to stop labeling everything as AI. There are different kinds of AI and yall need to see the difference. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 05/09/2026At work today I had a phone call from a google AI inquiring on behalf of a customer about if we sold a certain product. How lazy you gotta be that you can't call the store yourself. Humanity's cooked. 000
Reposted by DownUnderGamerProto @protowlf.bsky.social · 27/08/2026Hi I'm a AAA dev who is now indie. It's a depressing time, and it would be uplifting to see games industry folks boycott The Game Awards. Later this year Geoff is going to be handing awards to people who literally use plagiarism machines, after unheard of layoffs. Please just don't go. 4126991318

DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 24/08/2026Cozy Marbles has potential but the building is quite limited and grid based. Sound and looks better than Marble World but Marble World as a whole just works better and allows more creativity. Shame I wanted a new marble game but this ain't it for me. 000

DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 10/08/2026So I unlocked the other menu song in Crossworlds and I'm so thankful for modders because that music is ass. Whilst I was at it I grabbed some other mods as well. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 31/07/2026I have gotten better at Sonic Racing Crossworlds, changing the controls to use triggers helps with feathering throttle on turns, though sometimes it still just won't turn enough. The plane is fine not as good as flying in Transformed and the boat is not great having a jump instead of a drift. 100

DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 28/07/2026I really should learn my lesson that Sonic games are trash. Thought Sonic Racing Crossworlds would be alright but the controls feel awful compared to Transformed, drifting in particular feels like ass. Glad I atleast got this on sale instead of the ridiculous $109 dollarydoos. 001

DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 16/07/2026My friend got attacked by a dog whilst doing deliveries for the pharmacy he worked at. Some people shouldn’t own dogs or perhaps there are certain dogs that just shouldn’t be pets. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 06/07/2026Rewatching The Saga of Tanya the Evil before the second season starts in a few days time. I remember liking it so I hope the new season will be good, it's been a while since the first season and movie. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 28/06/2026Dr Stone kinda fell off there at the end, stopped being remotely believable and that ending was pretty anticlimatic. Definitely enjoyed the earlier seasons more, especially when they would go into more detail about the things they were crafted instead of just ding it's done. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 26/06/2026Latest episode of Iruma-kun going heavy on the Iruma x Aremi ship and I'm all for it. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 11/06/2026Nintendo direct pretty weak, just like the original Switch it's just full of ports and remasters. 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 29/05/2026Gotta question the ATP schedule. They play the Australian open at the hottest time of year, they play French open near end of Spring, Wimbledon in Summer and US open in Summer. Why don’t they do the grand slams in cooler seasons? Are they trying to kill the players? 000
DownUnderGamer @thedownundergamer.bsky.social · 28/05/2026They should really lower the age of adulthood. Maybe 16? I'm sick of these cunts coming into our store and stealing and harassing us. Nothing ever gets done because they're minors. 000

I thought I downloaded poor quality or something but nope that's the art style they're going with. Looks really bad like zooming in a jpeg all pixeled.
