Mostly @barn0wl16.bsky.social and I going through each Cine and making sure each version has and entrance that works and hacking in script fixes when we couldn’t do it in animation. Of course lots of other folks took those passes as well. But if there was a tough bug, probably one of us fixed it.

@harleigh.bsky.social had the cool idea to use the compass node network instead of raw A* pathing for a closer approximation with less performance cost where the nodes were allowed to be in the level layers required them to be at a lower level than the info we needed to reference iirc.

Robust is a polite way to put a bunch of distance checks based on the max speed the player could go in various states and the total length in time of a conversation with no awareness of nav pathing but I’ll take it XD.

Fortunately only about 30m waiting for another plane that folks were transferring to this flight from. All this to say, it isn’t one airline. The whole system is broken right now and it needs fixing.

As you can probably imagine, this delay caused me to miss the next flight in Phoenix in which they once again tried to push me to a flight the next day. After that, I was fed up. Cancelled the flight and booked with another airline out of Phoenix. Once onboard, this flight ALSO GOT DELAYED.

After boarding the Phoenix flight, it got delayed 3 times while I was on the plane. - first time waiting for paperwork - 2nd time they double booked a seat they let too many people on the plane - 3rd time the checked bag count didn’t match, so they had to figure out why
