Which means that it could've been after the CH5 SB, or even Spamton's Neo Body in CH2. This could explain why the mannequin got mentioned in CH5, along with it reducing damage from cats. 110

While they say it's due to 18+ content, many non lewd games and projects were taken down as well with no time and no response. 100
