It's too hard to watch... You know yourself better than anyone else. But we collapse at the opinion of someone who's never walked in our shoes. Just listen to your own voice. The rest is noise.

Average coffee setup by year: 1990: Drip coffee in the kitchen 2005: Starbucks on every corner 2015: Cold brew in every fridge 2020: Espresso bar at home Today: Caffeine delivered to your door At what point do we admit coffee's not the issue?

If you're going to quit anything... Quit being lazy. Quit making excuses. And quit waiting for the right time.

“The first 20 pounds are the hardest.” This is why: The first few months feel invisible. Then your energy improves. Then your identity starts to change. Most people quit when the mirror isn’t changing fast enough.

What they say: “You’re living the dream.” What I hear: “You learned how to act while scared sh*tless.”

A few years ago I was exhausted all the time. Not because I worked too hard... because I neglected my sleep. Burnout often starts long before the workload does.

Wanna build a richer life? Create memories earlier. Visit your friends, see your parents, take the adventure. This will likely result in less optimization. But it will also result in more real value. Because perfect finances at 70 won’t matter as much as a life you actually lived.

A few years ago, I was having coffee with a friend. He picks up the check before I can reach for it. I tell him he doesn’t have to do that. He replies: “You can always make more money. You can’t make more memories.” I don’t fully agree with that. But there’s a truth in it I’ll never forget.

If you're stuck in your life Switch from: “What should I do today?” To: “What problems should I solve today?” When you solve more problems, you become more valuable.

My life started getting better when I stopped pouring into cups that didn't pour into mine. Family, friends, and acquaintances included. I know it sounds harsh but you deserved to be treated as good as you treat others. You deserve people who show up for you.

6 THINGS TO REMEMBER ABOUT YOUR PAST 1. It no longer exists 2. It doesn’t define you 3. It can only serve as a teacher 4. It doesn’t have to hinder your future 5. Holding onto it may lead to reliving it 6. The past version of you deserves love and understanding

Budgeting is hard - So you ignore your bank account Building skills is hard - So you scroll for “passive income” shortcuts Delayed gratification is hard - So you finance things you can’t afford Life is all about choosing your hard. Hard Choice = Easy Life Easy Choice = Hard Life

You can only talk about writing for so long. At some point, you need to face the blank page. And once you do, you’ll learn the most important lesson: the fear fades, the words flow — and you get better.

You only need 3 things to win: The courage to start. The discipline to improve. The determination to stick to it. And the best part is, these are already inside you.

I'm 44. This is your daily reminder that we’re all faking it. All the people you know and respect are always trying to: • figure sh*t out • find their way • know what gives them energy • decide what to commit to • be happy You're not alone and you're right where you need to be.

A mentor once told me: “Your days become your life faster than you think. Most people postpone joy waiting for some future milestone. One stressful week rarely changes everything. But years spent disconnected from yourself absolutely shape your life."

My friend has $15k sitting in cash He’s 29 and obsessed with optimizing every dollar No debt. Lives cheaply. Never relaxes. He can: Invest all of it immediately Finally take time off and travel Keep hoarding cash because “you never know” What should he do?

Nobody tells you this about coffee. It boosts focus. But it also masks exhaustion. We’ve spent years telling people to “power through” and now chronic fatigue is everywhere. Anxiety. Poor sleep. Burnout cycles. Fix your sleep first. Then use coffee. Context matters.

Underrated life advice: Stop waiting to feel ready. Ship it messy. Say it awkwardly. Apply underqualified. Start unprepared. Show up imperfect. Everything in life has an expiration date. Perfection never arrives before the deadline does. Wait for certainty now and you’ll wait forever.

Life Rule: Spend more time doing things you never regret. A few things I never regret: • Learning a valuable skill • Building something small • Asking better questions • Talking to people ahead of me • Reading serious books • Showing my work publicly Make your list—then spend more time on it.
