Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 04/02/2026...and the Bit-ee for best game of 2025 goes to....Dispatch! while it may not be the most mechanically rich game i played last year...its simply too catered to me to deny the way this resonated with me. reminding us all of how good telltale used to be in its prime. 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 04/02/2026I do think this is the best game i played last year. Like many, I had no expectations for this very French rpg and was blown away by the accessible yet complex combat mechanics, the engrossing story and excellent performances as well as the phenomenal and enveloping score. 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 04/02/2026after Fortnite, this was my most played of the year and i think in 2026 it has a strong chance of rising in the ranks. I was big into Overwatch back at launch and this using its forumla but with years of quality of life updates baked in plus set in the Marvel universe? Perfection 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 04/02/2026I got hardcore obsessed with Monster Train back in 2020, partially because of the pandemic but also because I absolutely love deck building games. The added tower defense layer is just enough to really make this game stand apart from the Slay The Spires and Hearthstones. 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 04/02/2026Id be lying if I didnt put this on here. its easily the most time I spend in any game and is a part of my daily routine. I wont try to justify the time sink but I do love that I have a dedicated group of buds who i can rely on to chat and play practically every night. 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 04/02/2026I remember touring Giant Squid back in 2018 and getting to try out an early build of The Pathless and talking to Matt Nava about game design. That dude is just an endless well of creativity and passion. Am I bias because he went to my school? maybe! 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 04/02/2026today we go down my favorite games of 2025! starting of with one i wish I had spent more time with, still any game with this much gorgeous pixel art and a playable Beta Ray Bill deserves a place on this list. 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 04/02/2026...and the Bit-ee for Best Song of 2025 goes to Do It by Underscores! I have been listening to this track nonstop since November. I wanted it injected directly into my veins. I hope Underscores goes on to collab with all of the big dance pop girlies because she deserves it. 010
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026this is my album of the year, no question (not its own category!), and picking just one track from it was like pulling teeth. This was a rare case where I liked the album but didnt quite vibe with it and then saw Jane live and now ive listened to it everyday for the last eight months. 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026quite possibly my favorite score of the year (thats its own category!) starts off with this absolute banger. I am now a lifelong Young Fathers fan and I desperately need them to come back for the third entry in the 28 Years trilogy. 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026easily my most anticipated piece of music every year is Kyle Bosmans community driven concept albums. A genre mash up of incredible talent from Kyle's streaming audience, these are always such joyous creations that almost always wind up 100 times better than anyone could expect. 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026the OST to Boys Go To Jupiter is full of great songs but this track in particular really captures that feeling of youthful infatuation in a way that really just crawled into my head and hasn't managed to shake free. Also this film is coming to HBOMAX this week! go watch it! 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026it has been so cool to watch Danny Brown partner with so many talented hyper pop artists over the years, its really lined up with my own appreciation for the genre and seeing him and Underscores live was easily a highlight of my year. 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026its no secret that the original theme song for Chainsaw Man season one was a massive hit, so when the Reze arc was announced as a film i wondered if theyd simply avoid trying to top it...luckily I was wrong as Iris Out easily gives it a run for its money and then some! 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026as a longtime Princess Nokia fan I was very surprised to hear her not only take on but absolutely crush a dance-pop summer anthem, even more shocking is how chillingly angry the surrounding album is. 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026Ill admit that most of my love for this song stems from being at Universal Japan last year and watching crowds of people break out into synchronized dance with the choreographed zombies at Halloween Horror Nights, it was magical and surreal and largely thanks to this banger. 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026I never doubted Gaga but it is always nice when she comes back to remind us that she can put out an instant classic like its nothing. I wish I enjoyed more of the album accompanying this track but its undeniable the power Gaga has to control the conversation. 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026Alex Russell's Lurker is a truly great social Thriller about the dangers of parasociality & the realities of stardom. It also happens to feature some bangers by the fictional pop star Oliver, played by Archie Madekwe who impressively lends his own vocals to these in-universe hits 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026its still hard to believe that there was a brand new Evanescence song in 2025, let alone for such a perfect collaboration as DMC. This really brought me right back to middle school, rocking blue hair and fingerless gloves and chucks and jamming out to nu-metal on the playground. 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026I was first turned on to her thanks to Invincible, but it was in 2025 that I really fell in love with her sound. I was able to see her live and she was incredible, theres a yearning that is so palpable in her smokey smooth vocals that just hits me deep in the chest every time. 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 03/02/2026Today we are counting down my favorite songs of 2025! I wasnt as big a fan of Spike Lee's remake of Akira Kurosawa's High and Low as I hoped to be but it is undeniable how catchy the macguffin of the film is. 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 02/02/2026...and the Bit-ee for Best Toy of 2025 goes to the Hono Studios Iron Man! Sculpted and painted to perfection as if it leaped right off the page, this thing is nothing short of a masterpiece with medical grade silicone seamless limbs and a LED light up arc reactor, cant get better 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 02/02/2026Its hard to top this one for me, Hot Toys really came out swinging this year by taking on more comic inspired figures and this Doom is simply a masterpiece. Its so much fun to pose and looks so good pretty much any way you display him. 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 02/02/2026Another left field surprise right at the tail end of the year, Gong Studios, owned by Popmart of all places are giving Mezco a serious run for their money in the 1:12 scale. The wired cape on this thing is insane! 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 02/02/2026There's a case to be made that this is one of Hot Toys best ever releases. Not only does it look scarily accurate to the on screen look but allowing the shoulder pads to be placed on the sleeveless version just to allow comic fans to complete the more page accurate look is clutch 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 02/02/2026Threezero continues to be masters of engineering articulated die cast frames and this compact Arcee is another standout from their DLX Bumblebee line. Such an awesome design that got such little screen time rendered with so much love and skill. 100
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 02/02/2026The first Hot Toy figure of 2025 i received and still one of the best. Meticulously assembled with different materials to achieve that screen accurate cobbled together look that really made the suit in The Batman stand out. 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 01/02/2026Not my usual type of collectible but this design is kismet. Such a fantastic translation of the classic xenomorph into the visual language of the Monster High series. Those face hugger heels! She literally ate that shit up. 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 01/02/2026The first of many Hot Toys figures on this list, its still hard to believe that so many Rebels characters are now available in 1/6th scale, let alone rendered with such loving detail. This may be the single best headsculpt Hot Toys put out last year. 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 01/02/2026This thing caught me by surprise, initially only intended to use this for a Halloween costume and then return it but the overall quality was so high it has earned its place on my shelf. 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 01/02/2026I got big into gunpla during the pandemic and Bandai has only continued to raise the bar in quality for these cost effective little kits every year. While ive yet to watch the Gquuuux anime, this HG kit is another stellar example of excellence. 110
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 01/02/2026Here we go! The Bit-ees starts now! My year in review for 2025, kicking off with the nominations for my favorite toy of the year! 220
Antonio @thecomicquest.bsky.social · 23/01/2026Take me back to the Bone Temple, I need to go back 010
