Python then whatever it is that vex robotics uses.

Happy to buy those then. How do you want to arrange shipping and payment? Over email or…?

How much for the 7 5700G and Ripsaw V?

TheCodedProf @thecoded.prof · 15/03/2026

Hmm, if you’re running your own spindle or don’t mind having a private key on tangled’s you can always reach out to a remote builder and define a docker file in nix and have it build on the remote machine. Not the best solution but could potentially work

👀 depends on what exactly the specs are. I wouldn’t say no to parts for another home “server”

Kagi ultimate is pretty good 👀 $25/mo and although you don’t get access to the best models as soon as they come out it’s not too far behind generally.

I could be misunderstanding their change. But to me it sounds like that’s a change in requirement for shipping them in cargo containers. It shouldn’t apply to [travelers](www.iata.org/en/youandiat...)

For files I recommend copyparty. My experience with it has been leagues better than Nextcloud. Basically there’s a bunch of individual tools that I find much better even if they aren’t interconnected like Nextcloud.

You’re right. It does include xwayland-satellite (un)stable as a package though. That’s probably what I was remembering.

TheCodedProf @thecoded.prof · 13/10/2025

If you use niri-flake the integration just works. It installs niri & the compatible xwayland-satellite version.

explain your username: Uhhhhh. I code, and while I’m not a professor I don’t mind teaching people things I’m knowledgeable about. Also it has a nice ring to it.

I finally designed a banner!

New bluesky banner, uses truchet tiling to achieve a pseudo-random pattern out of a single arc.

The term was first used when referring to muzzle-loaded canons as when the top was set level the bore would have a slight upwards angle from breech to muzzle. It was measured by checking the distance between the muzzle and where it drops below the bottom of the bore.

The real answer: It comes from the French term “ponté à blanc” which can be translated to “pointed at white”. It’s generally thought that either there used to be a small white circle at the center of a target or that “blanc” referred to a zero point in elevation on a shooting range.

Ooooo. I had my own iPod Touch Gen 3 but I’m not 100% sure what version of non desktop MC was. Desktop MC my first version was 1.3. PE ig would’ve been around 0.4
