Markian & I worked with Katy Sadowski to create small OMOP CDM patient databases. We discussed a #workflow to generate 1 million patient DB that went from ~220GB to ~20GB -- ~90% data reduction! Goal was to provide researchers more realistic & performant @duckdb.org DBs for health informatics. 📊🩺
