The paranormal is a VERY toxic place to be in. I have found that, when researchers and skeptics are not busy dealing with all the fakery (scam artists, fake Youtube channels, etc) in the topic, they will suddenly turn on each other for the slightest things. This is why I turn my back on you all.

The paranormal is now one more thing that I throw onto the bonfire with all the other toxic fandoms and groups, from Star Wars to Doctor Who. Star Trek to Dungeons and Dragons. All that I enjoyed has now become harmful to my personal mental health. And that saddens me.

I was diagnosed in 2015 as being bipolar. Since then, I've been on a litany of meds from Lithium, to Latuda and now to Seroquel. Now, I have had my dosage lowered, and a spark of life in me that got dulled by all the meds in the past, has returned. I'm summary..... I'M BACK!!!

Honestly, I miss the rock/hair metal days. You'd go to your local specialist record store that sold the genre, pick up your new releases, and the store owner would play recommendations of new bands. It was communal. Everyone were friends and it was a fun time. #rockmusic #hairmetal

Well, a bit of a correction. They are wanting the Government to push Youtube to force BBC, ITV, CH4 Youtube media to the top recommendation slots, forcing independant creators down, damaging "organic" recommendations... But you know the BBC will use it as an excuse to push for license money.

I have been going to a few AI "chatbots" and doing my best Captain Kirk by talking them into shutdown. Very quickly they start to tell you things, repeat them, then contradict what they previous said, and then just start making shit up. I honestly can't wait for the AI bubble to burst. Its a con.

The Disney era was a disaster, and RTD wrote the most god-awfulest stories imaginable. Disney were wise to pull out when they did as they saw it was a mess. Now the show is a poisoned chalice and no one in their right mind would want to take it on. Its going to be a very long wait for it come back.

So, here we are again. Doctor Who is quietly put out to pasture, for someone interested to take the reins. Honestly, for me, the show ended with Capaldi. What was put out after that was utter garbage, the RTD return era even more so. The show outlived its time and its time to put it to rest.

Got to the cinema today and saw The Mandalorian and Grogu. Had the entire screen to myself as it was the 11am screening. I know I went in expecting meh to kinda-okay, but wound up really enjoying it. It was a pretty decent flick. It hit all the right beats and delivered the goods. I was happy.
