Crocheting and knitting is good for you as you get older BUT DONT DO IT CONSTANTLY ALL THE TIME STRAIGHT THROUGH THE WEEKEND OTHERWISE you'll get arthritis or somehow fuck up your elbow (Currently on break from yarning because i fucked up my elbow)
