i applied for a job last month that would’ve changed everything for me. better pay, less physically taxing on my body, and had a lot of potential for promotion. i even had a connection. but they filled it internally and didn’t remove the posting. i can’t begin to describe how tired and angry i am

so glad to have received an arc of jennifer dugan’s GIRLS LIKE US, out tomorrow 5/5! in this sequel to SOME GIRLS DO we follow morgan and ruby as they navigate the obstacles of a long distance relationship. some of the choices made were questionable but overall i loved this book. 4/5 ⭐️ #booksky

i’m going on day 3 of cutting back my caffeine and i’m noticing more hunger cues. it’s crazy. i went from having 2 redbulls and 2 lattes (4 shots of espresso total) a day to just one redbull and one coffee. i’m surprised how easy it’s been. hopefully i can keep it up
