I disagree: Insurance costs have increased, welfare for insurance companies has increased & actual health outcomes have decreased, EVERY YEAR under the ACA. Fewer people today have health insurance than when it was introduced & insurance gets you less care. It has increased wealth inequality.🤷‍♂️😢
