@maddow.bsky.social a thought - if someone was cartoonishly evil; someone could send weapons to the hands of another country, and it would go in an empty oil tanker. The diesel deal is 300k tons, only 1-3 ships, not enough to make a dent in demand. So, what's going back to Russia on those ships?
