It can help for management, yes. But it can, like pretty much anything else, also easily become an activity that becomes problematic 😂. Walks, running, stretching. Really, any exercise you can do is good enough.

Yeah, i found out this is still pretty rare. I met a lovely woman who teaches middle school and high school math. She was trying to figure out to get me some so I could study easier for assessments. You need one of those "i want everyone to know they can math" types 😂

I really really wanted to be a machinist or an engineer and I can't tell you how hard the push back was because I'm not good at math in the expected ways. Then my body broke due to over work and now I'm going down the social sciences pathway. 😂

Yeah it's weird. I can't visualize things in my head, but if I look at something I can tell how it's put together and it makes me really good at geometry and trig. Just a very visual and tactile learner. Hard to explain!

I found out that I'm a "have to physically touch math with my hands" to understand it kind of person and that is just not something that's taught at all. I didn't find out until I ended up in a trades career on accident.
