I'll be releasing my Kaijuu cover by sakanaction to start up the year 2026! This song is special to me cus I've never resonated with something this much, that I sang it with more emotion at the time of recording 🥹 Hopefully that feeling translates to you as well. art by: @sunivtb.bsky.social

I realize the reason why I love The Old Religion is because it the build up sounds like a demo I wrote back in March.

Ardent Gray @theardentgray.bsky.social · 05/11/2025

Sometimes I feel like I’m not worthy of getting comms done cause I’m so new and small. Why should I spend all this effort and this other persons time when it might not get either of us anywhere? Am I really good enough?

Ardent Gray @theardentgray.bsky.social · 01/11/2025

I have to say, The Old Religion on the new Florence + the Machine album is one of the best songs I’ve heard this year. And I know Aaron Dessner when I hear it. Wonderful tension and intensity, such a beautiful song.

I haven’t forgotten about this account. If you know where I’ve been, I’m working on a huge project to close off an old chapter. And I’ve been thinking about changing how I approach things here. So one more cover tomorrow. Then I go silent and rebrand this account in a few weeks.

I’ve been so motivated to do a recording session. But life just works against me. I need to power through and build a schedule to stick too. More responsibilities means strategically planning

000

Ardent Gray @theardentgray.bsky.social · 11/05/2025

I'm not the best at social media, but going to do my best to share as much of my art as I can. Whether that is a crowd of many or none. Not about what is good or bad, but what is authentically me.

Ardent Gray @theardentgray.bsky.social · 04/05/2025

Finally going to start posting more music related things this week. Been prepping a lot and excited on how it turned out
