Wife and I got our voting done tonight. I was #2295 at North Regional Library. Two more in the bank for Roy Cooper.

It’s pretty bad if you can’t even last a full Scaramucci 😆

In 2016 on primary day the line at the “12” was about half a mile long. It stretched around the building, out the parking lot, and down to the school there. First time trying to vote in NC and said screw that 😆. Usually there’s somewhat of a line when I go, but I usually go on the weekends.

I’ve had a eBay saved search for this card for over 13 yrs now, excited to finally get this one in my collection. #’d to 10. Down to just 2 I need for the completed set. (Plus 1 Panani never made and sent me a bunch of garbage in a package for a “replacement”. Still mad about that) #baseballcards

He was on AEW for a little bit, then milkshake ducked quickly. Still, he was very amusing when he was on screen for the 3 weeks or so he was there.

Last year when I was in western PA I was shocked to see half a gas station in a small town of 500ish ppl was now slot machines, only place around for 5-10 miles to get gas. Only grocery store for 5-10 in another town had replaced the entire isle where their beverage coolers were with them too

Have you watched Lanterns yet? It seems to have a pretty divided reception on Reddit, but I think a good amount of that is just the Snyder trolls. I liked it a lot, but also GL was never my favorite comic series.

I miss the days when you could be on the internet and know something was human-made/a human. I just want things to be real again.

I enjoyed the finale of Lanterns. Sets up some interesting stuff for next season. I’m expecting we may start to see Parallax teased next season and the Hal-o-gram become corrupted as time goes on.

Our hvac went out in 2024 and had to get a new one, it was like $18k for one back then. I’ve heard those prices have almost doubled thanks to the tariffs.

The new @baseballamerica.com podcast had literally 6.5 minutes of ads at the start between the Apple podcast ones and BA’s in house ads. Good thing there’s that 30 second skip button #Enshittification

Never heard it. Even if I have I wouldn’t know probably. 99% of my music listening anymore is metal, hardcore, and punk stuff on Spotify. So unless it’s on in a store there’s no way I’d have heard it, and I usually tune that stuff out as background noise.

I’ll never understand how the Hillsborough Rd one is still open, last three times my wife or I tried to go there they’ve either been closed early or out of food. Roxboro rd/Duke St one is usually decent at least.

Same. 40 years old. This is looking like it’s going to be the 9th winning season in my lifetime. 4 of those winning seasons occurred before I turned 8 🤦‍♂️

I would think they’ve got to make another pitching coach change, literally every pitcher has regressed this year besides Ashcraft and Montgomery

They changed Ruthie’s origin, Krem’s backstory, the Brigands genociding countless planets, the red kryptonite, the timeline completely, added Lobo into it when he wasn’t needed, made Ruthie incompetent…the book is quite good and way better than the movie. The timelines in the movie seemed off too.

Just watched Supergirl on HBO Max. 5.5-6/10 movie. May have been higher (like a 7.5) if I hadn’t read the book (Woman of Tomorrow), but they changed like 90% of the book for the movie, including the ending. Basically all they kept was the red sun bender and sort of the green sun planet.

Ohio Valley style. Hot crust and sauce usually, cold toppings that semi melt/warm up from the heat. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ohio_Va... Much better than Josh’s Altoona style

Also the new ad. Lamont Cooper for the rape kits when he was the one who fixed the issue is just perfect “Republicans lie about everything”. And the SC murder by a guy from SC and GA the father tries to blame on Cooper

Excaliburs tribute to Andy Williams got me crying. I’d managed to keep it together through all the Rebel stuff this episode, but the ETID quote and him choking up got me. #AEWDynamite #RIPButcher

I heard him on a podcast talking about how he was a wrestler in AEW now, and that got me to check them out for the first time. I never got to meet him in person, but he was a huge influence over the past 3 decades of my life. Going to miss Butch, this one really fucking hurts.

Andrew Pryor @theandrew13.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

Fuck I guess it’s true then if Fightful is reporting it. RIP Butch, the first 3 Every Time I Die albums were some of my all time favorites in high school and college. Atomic Rule had just started but was pretty damn good from the first EP.

Hopefully The Butcher (Andy Williams from ETID) is ok. The reports I read sounded horrifying. Andy joining AEW is part of what got me back into wrestling.

I looked winning seasons I’ve seen in my 40 years of life which was depressing. The answer was 8. Which was slightly more than expected, but I was 2 in 88, and I’d forgot they were barely over 500 in 2018.
