I had an INCREDIBLE experience, immediately after being misgendered. While they started with making an incorrect assumption, their response to being corrected was amazingly affirming!! This is a tiny glimpse.

There are many options for menstrual products - and you don't have to choose one, or stick to one option for any length of time. Menstruation isn't restricted by gender, and menstrual products shouldn't be gendered either. Do you have a favorite menstrual product?

Difficult conversations are difficult for a reason. Finding tools to help you have tough, vulnerable conversations is important. Taking care of your basic, easy to resolve needs before the hard conversations can help with being present in the conversation and lessen outside factors.
