I tenderize then brine my chicken for an hour before buttering and seasoning em, then oven roast em for about 20 ish minutes at 400

Ah so you oven roasted em after pan cooking em a little? The seasoning is similar to how I oven roast my chicken breasts. Although I don’t need chicken bouillon for my chicken lol I usually use salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder with Italian seasoning and paprika, and lather it in butter
