Todays watch was an amazing recommendation by the equally amazing @aubreytwo.bsky.social. 'I Saw the TV Glow' went so fast. I couldn't believe I'd been watching it for 90 minutes. Beautiful, heartbreaking, eye-opening. This is a movie that will stay with me for a while. Very glad I watched it.

Todays watch was the new Carrie series. Yes, I binged the whole thing. Liked it a lot more than I expected. 2 standouts for me. First, the performance of Samantha Sloyan as Margaret White, so good. Second, one single word they used in the final episode. I hope someone else picks up on it. Chills!

Good grief. Just wrapped up 'Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma'. What a great movie. Loved the theme exploration. The jibes and nods to horror. The cool use of la petite mort as the killer 😍. Great cinematography. Great soundtrack. Very glad I saw it. Awesome movie

Despite feeling grotty, I just got back from the best night out. It was my cousins 21st birthday. He is autistic and organised his own party. A classic disco in a village hall affair. Spent the night dancing with family and his amazing group of friends. No booze, just really good vibes. Much fun!
