After almost a year of not being able to work on this song. It’s almost finished

It may seem easy when the perspective is in your favor or evenly split. Food for thought. I wrestled with this when I didn’t expect to become the black sheep on certain issues. It makes you have to truly dig to find who you are.

If the world changes it’s important to ask if you know who you are. Will you be able to stand on what you believe your principles are if the world gets so insane that it makes excuses for evil and now you are the villain? The true test of a person is who they are when they are surrounded.

One is a crime, the other should also be called out. One has a punishment in place. The other has social consequences. They aren’t equal but are both not great. How you handle yourself when given the microphone is the make or break moment. Social norms change.

Standing up for something is nuanced. It feels like people are just using “standing up for other” as a way to have an outlet for who they really are. A piece of work pretending they are moral.

Then they make a joke like saying we should “Charlie Kirk them” I don’t mind a bit of dark humor. And I’m certainly not a fan of a lot of those mouth pieces. But you don’t have to be a push over to be better. You can put your foot down without wishing life and limb.

Quick reminder Internet. If you selectively choose who to be kind too just because you don’t like them. You aren’t actually a kind person. You can call out bad behavior. But the amount of people wishing death on others for what amounts to: I disagree with your point of view and think you are mean

Song work in progress. Still need to write the lyrics and mix the vocals properly. Also this might be the first time you guys have heard my screaming.

I wish I had did a vocal cover or Iris sooner. It fits my voice well. It’s not done yet but it’s a decent start.

I have a very bright and energetic voice. But it can cut in a mix with some aggressiveness people usually don’t see coming. There is a vocalist that is a favorite of mine to work with. She has a high yet hunting sound. And it’s the perfect harmony to my counter tenor. She is a very high soprano.
