Both of those brands are certainly not premium, speaking as someone who was a headline entertainer on all the mid-tier lines (including $RCL) for about ten years. Yuck to ever stepping foot on one again without being paid (and even then).

Well, my portfolio is certainly in great shape, but my small business, which relies on discretionary spending, is not. While that is anecdotal, others in my industry are seeing the same thing. I am running at about 10% below last year, having lost some percentage of repeat clients, including the VA.

Whelp, my husband was loading some gear into our car, and it got bumped, and the watchband came out. The entire area keeping the pin in on one side, got knocked out. The watch is now unwearable, as a band can't stay in.

My (not very tech savvy) parents had a dvd tv recorder for years. I had an HTPC with consumer Snapstream installed on it, connected to cable. I haven't had cable since 2008, and no longer pay for any streaming services.

Well, then companies will then use the fact that they still have people involved in customer facing interactions, etc, as a differentiating point. Right now, AI agents are not ready for those interactions, and people are rebelling. That may change in the future.

We paid off our mortgage, it went down. We paid off our auto loan, it went down further. Now we can't get it back over 800 because we don't carry any debt. The fico score rewards debt, paid as agreed, but still you must carry debt to have a high score. Also, lock your files with the credit bureaus.

The resale market for *quality* "vintage" clothing is insane, since you just can't find it new anymore. Made in the USA stuff, good quality materials, etc. Mostly eBay, but the clothing specific sites as well.
