My ring finger on my right hand is stiff and hurts to move and is swollen and I don't know whyyyyy x.x I don't think I did anything that would've physically hurt it like this. It's been like this for a couple days, I've got a doctor's appointment later to try to get an answer.

I think one of those experiences that had the biggest negative impact on me was 11 years ago when, at the Artists' Alley at AC, I commissioned and paid up front to Haku Wuffamute for a badge that I never ended up getting.

Experiences like this are part of why I'm so hesitant to get commissions when it's pay-up-front. It feels like a gamble whether I'll get the art, be left waiting in silence for months, or be ghosted entirely. It's really broken my ability to trust many folks who are open for commissions.

My quest with @the-huggernaut.bsky.social didn't have the best start. I blame the faulty map he bought 😒 Luckily I know the perfect spell to get a good lay of the land!

Melos the Paladin and Greg the Sorcerer are setting off on an adventure, however they seem to be lost in the woods. Melos (foolishly) suggests if they were to get above the treetops they could get a better lay of the land. Seizing the perfect excuse, Greg hits his companion with his trusty Enlarge spell!
For some reason, the spell doesn't seem to affect Melos' armour, and his ballooning pecs pop off his breastplate and soon crack the rest as well. He rises up into the tree tops, bulk bashing through the branches

Melos is now a mountain of muscles, bulging over the forest. Greg calls up to him but Melos can't see much past his own chest!
Greg quickly scales Mt Melos, but our pumped up Paladin is less than amused with the Swolcerer's shenanigans and uses his powerful pecs to put the squeeze on him! Not if Melos will be wanting to go questing with Greg in the future, the cost of getting his armour replaced is going to be a doozy!
