That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Haha yes! Do you remember that day we crossed paths? I bet you could actually hear the penny dropping 😂

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

What diabolical cunning! Even better than the day they laid a trail of sausage rolls to lure me into the simulator for exam day!

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Frankly if I don’t get a knighthood for this then there’s something clearly wrong with the system 😂

150

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Well if you insist, just to make sure I’ll watch it twice more with the volume cranked up 😂

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Today the fastest Norwich to London service will be in the hands of the worlds slowest train driver 🤔 And that I agreed to work overtime 1 week before the big model railway show is a complete coincidence 😇

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Good gravy you were right! I hated it so much I had to watch it 3 times 😂

120

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Ah nuts you’re right! I missed an opportunity there 🤦‍♂️

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

If you’ve never seen a cow playing with a tent you’ve never seen peak happiness 😂 That’s not something I ever expected to say but I really wish you could have seen it!

2202

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

😂 I was waiting for you to come help me hook it up

110

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

A great place to start but I really recommend giving a few others in the range a try 🙂

Oh gosh yes! Titanic Brewery do a superb chocolate stout! Actually all of Titanic Brewery’s drinks go down well… I’ll see myself out 🤦‍♂️

If it’s a choice between beer or an ender I’m with you every time. Though if you’ve never tried real ale with a chocolate brownie I can highly recommend 😍

100

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Today’s random pondering… if the first course of a big meal is called a starter, shouldn’t pudding be called the ender? 🤔 Weird thought plus bonus locos! Enjoy

With my singing voice that would be like adding gravel to a delicious delicious sausage roll 🤦‍♂️

010

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

I’m never okay with people playing music on their phones on a train but someone singing? 🤔 Was a new one on me! Happily she had an incredible voice and kept the volume low so I just sat and enjoyed it 😊

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Hmmm 🤔 give me a min, I’ll come back to you

010

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

These class 37s have a lot in common with sausage rolls 🤔 They’ve been around forever ✅ Improve any day considerably ✅ Best served hot… ❌ Okay I’ll keep researching this list

I’d love to take the credit for what’s in the photo but that would be a bit misleading 😂

010

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

You know how it is, you buy something online without checking the size and next thing you know there’s a low loader turning up outside your house 😇

020

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

Absolutely! Every silver cloud has a lining… or something like that 🤔

001

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

The downside of an 8 hour delivery window is I can’t really make any plans on my day off 🤔 The plus side is I have an excuse to spend all day on the model railway 🥳

Me too, keep your fingers crossed the sunshine stays with us 😊

Today is one of my favourite days of the year, ‘tis time for the East Coast Truckers Convoy! 🥳 Whatever you’re up to today I hope you have fun 🙂

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

I actually really want this to be released on CD now if those are the tracks 😂

010

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

Tis certainly a place you know 🙂 a very fine city

010

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

If this was an album cover I would 100 percent buy it without even bothering to check the tracks list 🎵

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 22/08/2026

Yes, a crane of some sort 🤔 sadly I didn’t manage to get a decent photo 🙁

001

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 22/08/2026

Ever waved a hello to someone you know in a public space and someone else thought you were greeting them? I had that yesterday, with a tiny, fuzzy dog. It lead to one of the loveliest interactions I’ve ever had 😊

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 18/08/2026

You’re reading this so that means you’ve made it to Tuesday. That means Monday didn’t get you. That means you’re doing well so have a 37 climbing a bank to celebrate 🙂

😂 it’s the hobby that keeps on giving. Should be encouraged by the NHS I reckon

020

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

😂🤣 you and me have the same target when it comes to exercise!

010

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

I reckon that might just be the best advice I’ve had all day 🙂

000

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

There’s something about the way the pea plops out 🤔 as if it knew it shouldn’t be there

110

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

No idea, I couldn’t see them over the sausage roll I was focused on 😂

100

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

Apparently I should exercise more 🤔 But when there’s so many amazing trains I’d like to ride it seems a shame to waste time walking 🤷‍♂️

4707

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

Can you believe the 755s and 745s even have illuminated steps!? 😍

110

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

Oh good gravy how could I forget the kaboomin’ blooms!? 🤦‍♂️

110

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

Are you thinking I should start building steps for people? And incredibly tall ones for people with noisy dogs? 🤔

110

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

That’s very true. I felt quite happy there with the lovely view, a gentle breeze and some warm sun 😊

010

That Tall Bloke @thattallbloke.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

If you’re worried about your exam results, really don’t be 🙂 I didn’t do brilliantly well and here I am with my own set of steps to sit and wait for trains on 😊
