The science doesn’t lie. In a two week experiment where people were only allowed to sleep for set periods of time (4hr, 6hr or 8hr), cognitive performance worsened over time. And it was dose dependent. The lower sleep groups had the worst performance. And there was no evidence of plateauing of the
