anybody know how to resolve this issue?????? its only affecting any form of images and any solutions i tried online didnt help. its not just in the pictures section, but *anywhere* across my entire PC it seems. i am the only user on this account

im finally back on my acc. ive had an equivelence of getting banned from bsky. ive been rate limited on trying to sign into my acount for *TWENTY TWO HOURS* because I wanted to change my password. great platform guys
