4/5 Founding a business like a theme park or theatre that becomes essential to the community isn’t something that happens for *you*. It’s a responsibility. Memories of their childhood, first dates, friendships, birthdays, proposals, and every other life experience all rely on you.

2/5 You can pass the business on while still owning stake in it, you can hire a management team to do your job for you, you can promote an employee who knows the ins and outs and let them run the business for you or even eventually sell it to that employee.
