Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 22/08/2026

Do like the fact the midfield has been move activate in years past but with 3 wingers in the forward spots one might have to go to have a target man

Give credit to Hull city they are plugging up the middle of field and denying clean access to Bruno. The two set pieces were bound to happen as that’s Hull strength. We do need a focal point up top to pull the CB apart as they are too stagnate and are being forced to move

At this point get rid of VAR and just bring in the challenge system.

Yeah wouldn’t be shocked in Weston comes back to MLS after Juve

010

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 08/07/2026

My I am cold hearted but Egypt was up 2-0 with 10 mins left and still gave up 3 goals. Like even tho you got a goal disallowed you still scored and then gave up 3 goals all of which you defended poorly like I don’t feel bad for you. You lost it

010

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

010

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Honest question of those Champions League/ Europa league player how many of these guys are the Go to person for their teams where they control a game?

110

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Also before the 3rd goal is given up, I just feel like if Pulisic doesn’t try and gut it out and just sits down. The refs has to blow his whistle and it just slows the game down. I get it he has adrenaline flowing right there but this is bigger than you my guy.

010

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

My biggest reservations with Poch is I just feel like he is waiting it out for a higher job and idk if he is wanting to wait till 2030 for another chance

000

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Two things can be true Yes, they disappointed on a big stage But This probably the most like-able team in 12 years

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

010

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Crap forgot about him! He another to build around. Like add Diego to that and this is the spin

030

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Tillman, Richards and Robinson and maybe Weston walk out this tournament as players to build upon

131

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Also the Pulisic ghost showing doesn’t help

030

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

It still feels like 2018 is still haunting us somehow

010

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

000

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

020

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

I will say this…this doesn’t feel as burn the house down as 2022 or after the Gold Cup exit

010

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

People blaming this on MLS players are dense

020

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Stu Holden had a message that feels where I will be in a day or two

000

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Fair, I just wondering if Poch does leave does the US goes for a coach for favors that or go in different 180 with 4 years to build

100

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Once again maybe I am just bitter at the moment but just scoreline and HOW we gave up the goals feels deflating. Like if we lose 2-1 maybe I feel different but how goal 3 happen just killed it

040

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

He will be in United Red come august

010

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

130

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

I might be bitter right now but what is Poch impact on the US honestly? What is his lasting impact on this team?

450

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Nevermind it’s gonna be Roberto Martinez

130

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

They feel like guys who just a step below. Like they are good pieces in good team but they not ball controlling players where game has to flow through them

010

Yogi D. Luffy @thatguyyogi.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Also, it feels like the US over thought the Belgium game, got punched in the mouth at 2-1 and just was raddled
