Weighed myself and took some measurements to see where I was. I'm sitting at just shy of 100kg (at 99.8kg), and my measurements are: Chest: 44" Arns: 15.5" Shoulders: 18-20" (this is hard to measure on my own) Thighs: 25" Waist: 38" Pretty much maintained my measurements with slight changes.
