My favourite moment was after I first died and they explained in game how it’s kind of a normal occurrence and that other characters have been through it. I love it when games have a good in-lore explanation for why you respawn.

Green Party member here. As long as he guarantees that he would put proportional representation in place before the next election then I’m fine with that. I’m not sure why we would stand down on the hope that maybe he might do something good.

@kabloop.bsky.social In Diggergun I came across a level that I think is impossible. I’m just wondering if its intentional or not. The level was a corridor only 2 blocks high and had a pair of spikes with a nest behind it. It was impossible to jump over all 3, and it was impossible to shoot the nest.

I would have said YP with the previous leaders of the Green Party but now that they have Polanski at the wheel I think I’m leaning to them. I really like JC but he’s definitely got a steep hill to climb with public image, and Polanski is just such a great talker and I think they could do really well

“Ahem, excuse me Mr billionaire. It’s the government here. I know you have been making huge amounts of money from rising house prices for decades. But would you mind if the property business you own built so many houses that it drives house prices down and you lose a significant amount of wealth?”

If there was an election today, probably. But the next election should be another 4 years away. For all we know there could be some scandal in that time where Farage is forced to resign, or go to jail, and without him they don’t stand a chance.

Tom Harrison @tharrison.bsky.social · 07/09/2025

Why 1 year? Surely they have 4. What’s going to happen in 1 year?

Tom Harrison @tharrison.bsky.social · 04/09/2025

I did the same. Nice to come here and see I’m not the only one.

Indeed. I made a complaint to OfCom about it. Clearly Ed Balls has an interest in the Labour Party through his marriage and is not being impartial.

Everyone on social media knew this about a year ago.

Is this definitely about Ahsoka? I just wonder if there’s any possibility he means Obi-Wan season 2

Tom Harrison @tharrison.bsky.social · 04/08/2025

That’s concerning if true. However Corbyn himself is certainly pro-trans rights. Labour’s policy became more pro-trans under his leadership (before going backwards under Starmer). I guess we will see but I’d like to give them a chance. www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/jeremy...

Jeremy Corbyn Facing Backlash Over Policy On Self-Identifying Trans Women

"Labour has quietly changed the definition of ‘woman’ without consulting women."

So far they’ve only mentioned 2 or 3 policies. There’s a lot of things they’ve not mentioned yet but that doesn’t mean they won’t. The party doesn’t even have a name yet. Can’t we give them a chance?

100

Tom Harrison @tharrison.bsky.social · 04/08/2025

What’s with all these comments about trans rights? I agree that trans rights are important but why is everyone targeting Corbyn and his party? I would have assumed his party would be the most pro trans out of all of them? Have I missed something?

I much prefer the old one. I feel like it fits the pixel art aesthetic more. How don’t they compare in terms of performance? Could it be an option in the graphics settings to choose?

000

Tom Harrison @tharrison.bsky.social · 19/07/2025

Yep. It’s not an essential item like food, water, or energy. Let them price it how they see fit. If most people agree that it’s too expensive then it won’t sell.

I’ve been wondering. Can you flatten the entire map? Is it like Minecraft where there’s just an unbreakable flat bedrock layer at the bottom?

A “woke” movie just means that it has any characters at all that are not a straight white cisgender male and are in a more prominent or more powerful position then a straight white cisgender male.

@rspb.bsky.social we’ve spotted a bird nesting inside a play house in a very busy local family theme park. It’s easily within reach of kids. What should we do?

Tom Harrison @tharrison.bsky.social · 12/05/2025

It wont be possible to tackle wealth inequality unless you are willing to make the owners of the majority of the wealth give some away. Based on the current government that isn’t going to happen. So I guess Reform here we come?.. 😞

I mean it's obviously sad when anyone is missing or dead etc. But why is this story getting so much attention in the media? It's been the number one big headline on the BBC news site all day. One rich guy missing vs millions of people suffering and dying around the world for various reasons.

020

Tom Harrison @tharrison.bsky.social · 16/08/2024

I'm a white millennial and I have no idea what any of those things are. Never heard of them. Are they TV shows or music bands or what?

100

Tom Harrison @tharrison.bsky.social · 15/08/2024

What is the reason for this?

000

Tom Harrison @tharrison.bsky.social · 15/08/2024

Same reason I originally used Twitter. It's good to have an alternative to mainstream media for news since often they will focus very specifically on a few headlines. And you get to see real peoples opinions in the replies. Only X is now a toxic mess and Musk's posts were the final straw.

010

Tom Harrison @tharrison.bsky.social · 15/08/2024

Probably CoD right? Since they are required to release it for PS5.

Great to see so many people moving to Bluesky instead of Threads. I think the future is much brighter on a platform not driven by profit. Profit will always bend algorithms for engagement over truth.
