Omg glad we timed the end when we did then lol, hope ya’ll will be good

ThatGuyNamedHunter @tgnhunter.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

You can also tell the devs themselves have a lot of fun and are fans of a lot of the collabs too like with Kingdom Hearts, I definitely don’t think it’s nearly like a soulless video game like some people make it out to be even tho it’s of course not perfect

They were working on another game called Everwild but it got canned after the start of the Xbox layoffs and stuff, it was being helmed by Greg Mayles but after that happened he left Rare. Now they are just stuck doing just Sea of Theives

It’s so unfortunate how bad discussion of Fortnite is on here cause of how performative and misinformed people are about how these things actually are and work, Tim Sweeney of course sucks but we don’t need to hate on people who still play the game cause they have nuanced opinions about it

Dude that legit might be one of the best games ya’ll have ever done, especially with the insane comeback Ultima had holy shit

Having no nuanced thoughts towards people and things they talk about and acting performative towards them is the Bluesky special unfortunately

Meet Wendy 🎸 lead singer/guitarist of Lights Out, a pop-punk band, and she's not even trying that hard to look this cool. One of my original characters. More of her (and her bandmates) coming. #ArtistOnBluesky #OriginalCharacter #OCArt #CharacterDesign

Cel-shaded illustration of Wendy, a curly red-haired girl in a striped top and shorts, sitting on the floor in a dynamic pose with one leg extended. Duotone teal-and-orange color scheme on a dark navy background, with her name signed in orange cursive at the bottom.

I definitely am sorry for making you uncomfortable if I did when I occasionally said stuff like that, I had no idea. I’ll definitely stop doing it going forward

ThatGuyNamedHunter @tgnhunter.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

We just need the Phantom Thieves to infiltrate Tim Sweeney’s palace, they’ll save the game from his Robloxification

ThatGuyNamedHunter @tgnhunter.bsky.social · 07/08/2026

Aw damn sorry to hear that man, was worried about it turning out like what happened with Metal Gear with chat and stuff hopefully next streams will be better about it

ThatGuyNamedHunter @tgnhunter.bsky.social · 01/08/2026

Ohhhhh interesting, i don’t have a Tim Horton’s in my area but I definitely wouldn’t mind trying it if I ever got to go to one

But it also depends how popular and stuff the map gets too, like the copy paste red vs blue map with TMNT items probably isn’t making constant or nearly any revenue compared to say the high quality and still popular Star Wars Droid Tycoon

010

ThatGuyNamedHunter @tgnhunter.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

Yeah the creative stuff I’m sure does cause the info on the maps even say every map creator has to also share revenue with the company if they make maps with those assets

110

ThatGuyNamedHunter @tgnhunter.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

Bluesky is pretty bad with that I noticed, happened with Digital Circus being added too

000

ThatGuyNamedHunter @tgnhunter.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

Oh no yeah that is totally fair everybody has their different tolerances for things, my main issue is when it gets to where they start ridiculing and harassing people who still play the game and stuff despite those people still very much being critical with decisions made.

110

ThatGuyNamedHunter @tgnhunter.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

They still do yeah, also yeah I read that thread you made before, genuinely really was eye opening to how collab sales work, I wish a lot more people would see it so they can understand how it works instead of thinking Harry Potter always makes money 24/7 from the game

111

ThatGuyNamedHunter @tgnhunter.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

I hate Tim Sweeney, but I still support the game cause I can tell the actual devs are against it and are still trying to make a damn fun game, plus I only go for collabs and stuff I really like anyways and don’t buy things I don’t wanna support, that’s the easiest way to show support

030

ThatGuyNamedHunter @tgnhunter.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

It is unfortunate a lot of Bluesky just doesn’t seem to have nuance with Fortnite nowadays, like I don’t see the same sentiment towards say stuff like Lego doing Harry Potter still and whatnot, you can criticize a company and decisions while still supporting good things they still do or make

260

ThatGuyNamedHunter @tgnhunter.bsky.social · 19/07/2026

I think it definitely didn’t help that they still included him in Avengers Infinity War anyways with the suit from them also despite that, it’s why I’m glad they’re keeping Brand New Day separate from Doomsday
