We are a Canadian biotech company working on furry morphological freedom! Biotech for self-expression. Founded by Tilt Wolf, Lathreas, & Kari Coyocelot in 2026, we will do wet-lab tissue engineering to make anthros in real life. #transfur #freedomofform

That's the goal! People should be able to be who they want to be, without being forced to live in the body they were born with.

Yes they are! So many of us yearn for being more animal, and there's no reason why we can't achieve it for real. We're working on it, in real life, over here at TF Bio. #transfur #freedomofform

🧵 We haven't truly achieved freedom of form until its accessible to all. I think I can speak for all of us when I say we're very committed to make that happen however we can. -Tilt

🧵 We will try to find surgeons who are willing to operate on a pro-bono, reduced fee, or progressive pricing basis. We'll also try to fundraise to help subsidize costs. I don't know how much we will raise, but it's certainly worth a try, and anything will help.

🧵 Some surgeons will agree to take pro-bono cases, where they're either unpaid or paid a reduced wage, for low-income patients. Usually, you still have to cover the cost of anaesthesia and the operating room. But at least it's a lot less.

🧵 You can divide the cost into two categories: 1) the implantable tissue itself, and 2) the surgery cost. #1 can be subsidized on our end, at least somewhat. #2 is up to the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and hospital/clinic.

🧵 It's certainly a fair question, and you're right, insurance will almost certainly not cover this. There are ways we can improve affordability, though. It will likely be very expensive at first. However, we want to do progressive pricing, subsidizing low-income patients as much as we can.

🧵 For now, we're working on "furry ears" as a goal – it will help a lot of folks in the near term! And it's needed for the long-term goal of full anthro TF, anyways. Also, we're looking at facial anatomy from a surgical perspective, with an eye towards demi-style changes. ^;..;^

🧵 We also noticed that among folks who consider full anthro TF to be the minimum, there's an overwhelming preference for biological tails. For therians, it's a 16:1 preference. For trans furries, it's 15:1, and for TF-interested furries, it's 17:1. Eventually, a biological tail will be a must.

🧵 Therians were most interested (40.8%), with 33.1% choosing bio-ears and 7.7% choosing that + partial/demi facial changes. Trans furries followed, with 25.9% for bio-ears and 6.9% for bio-ears + demi-face. TF-interested furries were at 19.2% for bio-ears and 8.2% for ears+demi.

🧵 We wanted to know whether therians and furries would be interested in partial TF options, like biological furry ears and/or demi-TF facial changes, in the years before full anthro TF becomes possible. Therians were most interested, followed by transgender furries, and then TF-interested furries.

🧵 New TF market research with 2,801 responses – thank you to everyone who answered! We asked therians, trans furries, and TF furries to answer the question: "If it became possible tomorrow, what's the minimum acceptable bio-TF that's "worth it" for you?" #transformation #transfur #therian
