Gig 12 - I went back to see English Teacher again as they wrap up touring their album. Now they have a Mercury Prize. Music still sounds the same.

Gig 6 was a solo show at a church in London by Dana Margolin of Porridge Radio. I'm pretty sure she was selling merch before and I spoke to her and did not recognise the person I was there to see. I'm bad at faces.

Gig 3 was getting to see a full band show for English Teacher. I bought a ticket to this on a whim having heard a couple of songs not knowing an album was being released. Turns out, it was pretty good

Gig number 2 was seeing Dry Cleaning playing through their old EPs plus a few of their more recent songs, blending surreal spoken word over alternative rock

That was a truly special show. The new Porridge Radio album is incredible but Dana Margolin's intense, passionate vocals are something else live

At least 1 will get done. Went to see the incredible Julien Baker. Little Oblivions remains an album that resonates deeply with me and so worth a listen
