These days I just assume all my accounts have been hacked. After my AT&T, CapitalOne, two credit union, 23andMe, LinkedIn, 800Contacts and misc other accounts notified me over the last 5 years, I have frozen all three credit accounts and gotten off all things Meta. Also, no apps on phone.
