An altered copy of the magic the gathering card swords to plowshares. The face of the card has been covered in sharpie, save the rules text and flavor text blocked out to now say “the small dog boom.”
Where the card art once was, there is a sticker of pompompurin, looking down to his hat, discarded on the ground. Above him floats a minecraft sword, suspended in the moment before it fulfills the fate of the flavor text.

One advantage of not fronting very often: Sometimes you leave the void and find that someone else has ordered the books you put on the amazon wishlist. One (admittedly petty) downside to them arriving when you weren’t there: Someone else started reading without you. ):

Three books are stacked in a small pile consisting of: A Canticle for Leibowitz by Walter M. Miller Jr., Whipping Girl by Julia Serano, and Detransition, Baby by Torrey Peters. From the copy of Detransition, Baby, a pair of sticky notes peek out, left there to (assumedly) mark important or interesting passages.
