So far, was good. Next time I will go South and try a nasty rise I have avoided for a while. Shorter stem was good, need to think about it. 180

I spent too much time with refining the black epoxy parts, lacquering and assembling the gravel bike. Nearly ready. Two more things to tweak, and then it’s ready to go on its first small tour. 182

Had to deal with the tracking app not tracking ~12km. In the end it was ~58km in 2:15h. Thanks to the humidity not my fastest tour, but it was good to be under blue skies. 030

Interestingly all trees I examined closer had very weak and/or insect infested cores. So it was anyway only a matter of time. And that means no wood for salvaging for woodturning or box making. 000
