Sad I didn't manage to get Yellowfang from the first series but... Them... My mental illness...

All the Bonkers Toys Warrior Cats plushies I have (minus two Ravenpaw duplicates)
Back row: Scourge, Ravenpaw, Tallstar. Middle row: Tawnypelt, Tigerstar, Brambleclaw, Hawkfrost. Front row: Brightheart, Cloudtail, Sandstorm, Squirrelflight. In my hand at the front: Jayfeather

Ginga Legend Pinku turns 3 today! It both feels like it's been way more and way less time than that! To celebrate, I decided to redraw a Ginga Nagareboshi Gin cover, mimicking the official style, but with GLP characters! I've also added to og cover so you can compare the two.

Redraw of a Ginga Nagareboshi Gin manga cover, mimicking the manga's drawing style, but with my comic characters from Ginga Legend Pinku.

my god, if I had stupid amounts of money to hire a background artist for GLP, I would... Easily my least favourite part of comic making.

I’m so frustrated by the loss of nuance of “this is so bad” vs “I personally didn’t enjoy it” in modern discussions of media, it’s all or nothing nowadays and that SUCKS

The thing about making a comic with big battles in them, I gotta keep track of all their injuries even after the battle scene is over... Gotta decide when enough time has passed for me to not keep drawing the injuries that won't scar.

Bought two more and got the exact ones I wanted! :3 Now I'm just missing Ivypool... So very happy I got Feathertail because I really like her design! Just slightly unfortunate to get her alongside Tigerstar... 😅

I have come to a tough decision. In order to draw Gen in the Ginga style, I have to decide how to draw his ears. They're not cropped. But Takahashi vehemently refuses to draw floppy ears for Great Danes. The most he'll ever do is half floppy ears. (idk what you call them)

I'm redrawing a GNG cover and it's funny how different the proportions ended up being after I lined up my drawing on top the og cover. The body and back legs mostly align (which I was impressed by, this is not a trace) but the chest and head are much smaller haha

My drawing on top of a Ginga Nagareboshi Gin cover, it's opacity down to see how the two drawing line up.

Every time I think about interacting with the Ginga fandom, I only see hate towards the series. Like yeah, I know the series has a lot of issues but man. That's such a bummer. The fandom feels like it's nothing but bitter.

Actually I do know what wrecked my wrist because a few days ago I did snap and started writing a book that will never be finished or see the light of day and I spent the entire day just writing. So yeah, that's probably what did it.

I'm so close to snapping and starting an "isekai'd into a dating sim" comic (I say as once again my wrist is hurt and I can't draw and I'm not even sure what I even did to fuck it up this badly)
