I have 2 contractors reporting to me, and looking to add another. And an agency. I think this is the way with companies right now. I can get approval for a contractor no problem. A FT hire is almost nearly out of the question.

I’m what now?! A victim of what? And how is my faith a weapon? I have no fear. That’s the entire point of believing in Jesus Christ, as you know.

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

I want a biblical world, so I will continue to chase that down. You wanna hate me for something, that’s all you got. You went to catholic school, you read the Bible. You know what we’re called to do. Hate me for doing THAT.

They, like you, are bullies and think their views are the only right ones and that all others should be punished and condemned. And it’s all heresy. You have no idea how I actually feel but you assume I hate trans people and have a phobia. Couldn’t be more wrong from the truth. It’s sick and unkind

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

So threatening to track down my employer wasn’t bullying? Maybe you’re not familiar after all.

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

Everyone’s lives are hard. Everyone deserves love, support, and respect. I want to live in a world where everyone knows they’re already loved by their creator. They don’t need to change or have exemptions made for them. We’re ALL equally loved.

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

The trans people aren’t the sexual predators. I thought you were friends with some? You should know that. It’s the actual sexual predators claim to be trans that are the problem. It’s a predators dream world. You and your silly assumptions about my views.

100

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

So you admit you’re an internet bully then?

100

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

And you can keep making assumptions all you want. Jesus and I are cool. I put humans first. Doesn’t matter their preference, color, etc. I don’t need to label people because I love everyone. I want everyone to live fulfilling lives with Jesus in them. Again, assumptions. And yours are wrong.

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

I never said a word about what you said or did. You just rolled in like an internet bully attacking my post. 🤷‍♀️

100

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

My morals are just fine and I never said I cared what anyone thought. Especially not someone like you.

100

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

Think whatever you want to think. You’re going to anyways and you don’t even know me.

100

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

You’re a monster. I left the toxic world you think you have so much power in.

100

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

You’re the one replying to my post. 🤷‍♀️ Wanting women’s spaces to be safe from predators and transphobia is not the same thing.

100

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

I endorsed a single decision.

300

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

I didn’t actually… but you know, people make assumptions.

100

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 25/07/2025

If you believe in equality, but then bully someone because they don't have the same views as you, you m̶i̶g̶h̶t̶ ̶b̶e̶ are the problem.

I saw this as women empowerment. I did not mean it for harm. I'm really sorry.

000

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 08/02/2025

I see that now and I feel awful.

000

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 08/02/2025

I honestly didn't see it. Truly. And that may sound horrific, but I didn't I have since been told how hurtful it could be and I feel awful. I really do. Its really all that I can say at this point.

000

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 08/02/2025

I was referring to the drag order in which I just learned about.

000

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 08/02/2025

yes you can, but the ant-drag order was not in place at this time, and I completely disagree with that decision. The point is that is this post is complete harm, and that is not what I INTENDED from mine.

100

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 08/02/2025

Also, this is being taken out of context as well. And the fact I was jumped on without even a conversation or discussion is really hurtful. Seriously I've spent years bringing all people up, this was not intended to hurt. Yet, yours IS hurtful.

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 08/02/2025

I posted this BEFORE Trump caused harm to the trans community. I have since removed and apologized everywhere I can. Posting in this way at an attempt to attack me is equally harmful. You know my heart, this is hurtful.

Many developers are still on X, but LinkedIn is far more reliable.

010

tessak22 @tessak22.bsky.social · 06/02/2025

LinkedIn is definitely the top place to find developers. Next is YouTube. After that, Reddit (but they are anonymized, obviously), and then its communities like Discord/Slacks/Forums.

Agreed, I look for that CTA in the homepage hero immediately in my first few seconds of review for sure.

We locked in our second keynote speaker for PHP Tek this year, and I couldn't be happier. Not to mention that @tessak22.bsky.social is a PHP Tek Alumn. We have a really strong lineup this year. A lot of great talks. x.com/tessak22/status/1882901431549…

It was a good thing that it didn't work out Cause I wouldn't be where I am right now It's a good thing God closed the door He wanted to give me so much more Than I ever thought I wanted Turns out that he was only getting started And turning all my pain ... into a good thing
