Cool city on a cool lake. I want to go back and visit as a (slightly) older person

I've decided it was probably summer of 83

I've been in that Canadian National Tower. In the 1980s

But I go big with the $5 chicken. When I shop in person. They don't sell those online

The Costco that is 2 hours away is kind of chill compared to others I've been to in metro Denver and Atlanta. Does Iceland have Instacart or similar shopping service?

We can! Just about anything non-food, plus many nonperishable foods. I just ordered an induction burner for our Rivian and delicious Terra Delyssa dates

I love Costco and buy lots from them online (closest Costco is 2 hours away). BUT THEIR APP IS GARBAGE. The cart doesn't update. The cart is "404 not found". The cart empties at random. The cart repopulates with things you haven't had in your cart in quite some time.

Gasoline-only vehicles made up 49% of global new-vehicle sales in the first half of 2026, the first time they have fallen below 50%, down from 73% in 2021. Full story: electrek.co...

Blue bowl with cut, microwaved bananas. They look unreasonably moist and full of holes

C'mon. Colorado makes voting so easy. Everyone registered is mailed a ballot. You can track your ballot in both directions.

Since only 30% (charitably) of petrol gasoline burned is used to move a vehicle. Perhaps it is better to reframe and persuade people by saying: “hey, you LOSE $70 for every $100 spent on gasoline” #ev

I'm revisiting HBO's Watchmen (2019) and I had forgotten how good it is. I've never seen a piece of pop culture so all-in on EVs. Every car is implicitly electric, some obviously retrofitted. Charging infrastructure in the background of many shots

In almost every respect, I prefer Costco to Sam's Club. But one feature where Sam's excels is the Scan and Go feature on the app. Scan everything in store, pay through the app, and waltz past the checkout lines straight out the door? Brilliant.

Very true. A lot of white supremacy too. But 4 hours might deter people from actually watching it
