No, he was interested. Really wanted to know about my projects but I'd shut him out; I didn't think he'd get it. Generational differences. He's a big Star Wars fan so he probably would've understood the concept of fandom, but this flew over my head back then. This was my fault and I accept it.

When I was diagnosed with BPD, I thought it was impossible. It explained a lot, but how the fuck did this happen? The lack of closeness with my family, the constant moving that destroyed every friendship I tried to make, the years of isolation I did to myself? Yeah, maybe that played a part.

I felt this. I'm not familial either; divorced too soon. I wasn't abused, but I hardly got along with my father. Barely interacted in the same house. Maybe if we just had dinner together once, things would be different. I see others with strong ties and I envy them - like fuck, I wish I had that.

Today's warm-up was about vehicles, so I drew these two inside a Mini. Note the huge break in style because I got inspired by Choro Q; needed a style that didn't clash too much with mine, so there's that.

This is a really nice way of seeing art. Not trying to be professional, just honest with yourself. As overwhelming as it is to be an artist to begin with (especially online these days), you're brave to be so upfront with this. Never be anybody but yourself.
