Guildford has the nicest people in the UK. I've travelled a lot and have never before experienced so many friendly people. Everyone in the shops, bars, restaurants, our hotel, even the bus drivers and people passing in the street. I wish everywhere was as welcoming as Guildford.

Still in pain but still going away. It's my birthday weekend and I've been looking forward to a weekend in the countryside. If this is all the work of anxiety, maybe a weekend away with Ken is exactly what I need. It's so weird how ADHD controls my life.

I had my second ADHD therapy session today and we focused on anxiety. For me, anxiety causes pain in my stomach. The more anxious I am, the more in pain I am. After going out over the weekend I have been really anxious and maybe is causing/aiding the stomach pain I currently have. #mensmentalhealth

I must have really lucked out when they were giving out mental health conditions as I have diagnosed ADHD, OCD and depression. All three of these make me think about death all the time - but in slightly different ways. #mensmentalhealth

I have food poisoning which is obviously horrible, but not enough for my ADHD brain which loves to amplify doom. Spent all night in the bathroom, only managed a few hours sleep and my stomach is still cramping. Really hope it's gone by tomorrow. #mensmentalhealth #ADHD

I don't get tired until 3am. I've always been the same. It wasn't so much of a problem when I was younger but as an adult, I need sleep. It wasn't until this year I found out it's because I have ADHD. 70% of ADHD patients live on a different circadian rhythm.

As a gay guy in the UK I have rights, I'm married, have a house in the suburbs and all of my neighbours accept me - so why do we still need Pride? Because this isn't just about me, it's about the whole LGBTQIA+ community. We need to be seen as equal human beings. #pride #pridemonth

June is Pride Month and it's also Men's Mental Health Month. Both are vitally important. As a gay man with ADHD, I try and share as much information about both issues as possible. We need to raise awareness, share our stories and get rid of the stigma attached to both. #Pride #mensmentalhealth

I posted a video for the start of Pride month earlier today and kissed my husband. You see my tongue for a split second and this has offended a lot of people. Almost 19,000 hate crimes against British queer people in the past 12 months but they choose to be offended by a married couple kissing?

Do we still need Pride? Here in the UK we have equal rights and yet we don't have equality. In the past year there have been almost 19,000 hate crime attacks on the queer community and most of the world still criminalises homosexuality and the LGBTQIA+ community. That's why. Happy #Pride Month!

Hey USA. A lot of Americans have been responding to my post - about how we don't have Air Conditioning in the UK - with images of cheap window AC units. Unfortunately most of the windows in the UK open like doors so we can't use them.

It's currently 50.5 degrees Celsius in our conservatory. I've closed the door to stop the heat coming through to the rest of the house. it's so hot in there, the floor was burning my feet. Good job Ken's in the office today. I blame the heat for not remembering the word thermometer!

I get hate comments every single day on social media platforms. In the past I would try to reason with these people, but they're not people, they're either trolls or bots that only want to spread hate. So do yourself and your mental health a favour and block them.

There is no us versus them, only us. We are all human beings and we should be looking out for each other, not just the people in our bubble. We don't get a say in where we are born, what skin colour we have or what language we speak - we are all equal and all equally important.

Will you be watching Eurovision this year? I have watched it every year, the grand final is one of my favourite nights of the year - but not this year. I cannot stand by a company that would allow Israel to compete. Eurovision is about uniting people through song - but this is destroying it.

The results are still coming in from yesterday's Local Elections but Reform are already gaining so many seats. I've seen people online shocked at this but look at the voter turn out across the country - most people didn't vote at all.

There's a particular tree on the riverside walk nature trail near our house that always stands out. It's stunning. I think it's a cedar tree but I'm not sure which type. It always reminds me of the tree of life from Disney's Animal Kingdom.

What is ADHD Hyperfixation? As I'm currently going through this, I'll try and explain. For me, it's like an intense addiction that comes out of nowhere and makes me focus on one thing and one thing only. And one day it will be gone as quickly as it appeared.
