One Alberta Referendum special ballot ready to mail today! If you're using the special ballot, get it filled out and mailed. Elections Alberta must receive it via the mail by Oct 16. Remember Thanksgiving is in there too, so I would get it into a mailbox by October 8. #NoToTheNine #ForeverCanadian

I heard the most fantastic news today! On @ryanjespersen.bsky.social, they said the owners of the Mercer Warehouse have just acquired the Paramount Theatre on Jasper Avenue and plan to revitalize it. I can't wait to go to a movie at the Paramount again! #YegDT

I can see why they tell people to stay away from storm drains in these rain storms. We have a whirlpool and a new fountain in our front yard. Capilano area. #yegwx

Why should Alberta stay in Canada? The reasons aren’t just economic or legal. I hope you will read and share my robust rebuttal to those trying to break up our country. And I hope you’ll respond. #cdnpoli #Alberta #ableg #abpoli #Canada #SenateofCanada

Oh boy, not going to be a good night for inflatable Christmas decorations. My neighbour's Snoopy doghouse is about to become the Sopwith Camel. #yegwx

I'm ridiculously happy to see the good pickles come back to Commonwealth Stadium for the football games. I see many yummy hot dogs in my future! #GoElks #yeg

The Bloc Quebecois may have lost lots of seats, but it's looking like they're going to have a truckload of power. #CanadaVotes #cdnpoli

Canada is about to be sorely tested. Trump will most certainly make us choose between supporting Ukraine or face even higher tariffs. Brace yourself. #Ukraine #Canada

If poop is so toxic, how come cats don't get ill from licking their bums?

Don't love the tariffs threat, but I'm loving that Canada seems to have found its mojo again :-)
