I think with how hard grief can hit us, it is important to sometimes reach out and talk to friends, or eat good food, listen to nice music. My job situation is in a rough spot seeing as my hours were reduced alot.. so ive been away from everything due to my stress levels being super high. I recieved very sad news that my mother is most likely passing away soon.. shes in hospice and has been battling cancer for a long time.. I am being strong through it.. but it does hurt.
