If it's so important, and it is, it shouldn't be discretionary in a society. Get vaccinated or be imprisoned; if your children aren't, they can't go to school; if you aren't, you can't work, get a license, have a business (like a restaurant), etc.

I believe that the writer of an article/cover letter/ etc. that has used AI should have a standard acknowledgement of it. All editors/academic departments etc should have a standardized declaration, without which the submission etc. would not be considered.

Yes, that's true. But you sometimes can't save people from themselves. The entire apparatus of the world has been set up for vaccinations for a century; these parents share the responsibility of looking after their children.
