Alternatively you can use Advanced Customizations in Glamourer to adjust the skin color but it might not be as clean. Something that counters the base skintone like blue or green. You can crank the Value (marked by the arrow) above the max too, to really overpower the underlying color.

You can do this in just penumbra! Here are the steps since it won't fit into one post, and hopefully a video that helps: leaflet.pub/c18c01bb-fcb... The file you're looking for might be slightly different depending on the body mod you're using, but in my experience it'll still be easy to find.
