TKO has been updated for June! Happy pride month, everyone! Friendly reminder that a forum only exists if you take part in it. Challenge yourself to and reply to someone this month, or write something yourself! #compsplatoon

Hello TKOers! ProBoards is currently experiencing outages, so TKO may not be available throughout the day. I'm keeping an eye on the help forums and will notify y'all when things are back to normal!

Hello TKOers, great news! We've found the source of the lag and have removed it. The site should now function as normal!

Hello TKOers! We're looking into it, but the site may be experiencing lag due to an experimental update on the host's (ProBoard's) end. Sorry for any inconvenience!

@tentakeeloutpost.bsky.social has the sauce

"Fact of the Month" widget on Tentakeel Outpost forum:

April Fun Fact: Cheese products in Splatoon appear to be made out of ink, as seen in the "Squid Cheese" and "Organic Ink Butter" items. Don't think about it too hard.

Shoutbox widget on TKO:

Catloafman: Im thinking way to hard about that "fun fact"
jumpy: I am too
Goxu: me, gongaga
JESTER: me? gongaga
sevenleaf: hotel? trivago
sevenleaf: anyway the question is whether the dairy ink is sourced from sapient land inkfish or non-sapient ocean-dwelling inkfish. or both. and which is considered more ethical.

(continued from previous image)

alphineagnitio: Is there squid cows
JESTER: there are no answers, only psychological torture
QuagSass: I hate splatlings! Hehe. Apil fools :)
miso6899: ok if the execs for the butter and stuff aren’t monsters, I would think that a) ink is obtained from well paid employees by something similar to a blood transplant, and b) purified ink that no longer tastes like body fluid is used as and acts like milk
nox: i think they just scrape it off the sidewalk before the microbes can eat it #recycle
