I heard a thing recently about learning to under-react. Its hard, but it feels good to not feel rhe urge to participate in energy I dont desire sharing with someone. Yes it means im quieter than usual sometimes. But it also means that I lose less energy to frustration

Theres a like magnetic negativity in some queer social spaces that I dont know how to interact with. Like I either have to not interact, or I get sucked into it and it's always sorta bummer to navigate like that. I get we all have so many layers of bullshit we are wading through. But like damn
