Made a decent dent in the never ending to do list and might be able to get a few more done throughout the week. I feel good about what I accomplished and I’m getting better at just accepting I can’t do everything at once and it’ll all get done in time.

It’s weird that I gravitate toward social media at night when talking to people is the last thing I want to do. Maybe texting/posting/responding/hearting things just isn’t as exhausting as talking for me.

PTSD is a funny sort of thing. Something was bothering me for a week or so that I couldn’t quite pin down and I finally did and started working through just fine. Then right on queue an unmistakable reminder dropped from the universe. Funny sort of thing. Anyway all is good.
