This next bag I made is probably my favorite because it's so soft and cute. It's the Pokemon Swablu! With lightly stuffed cloud wings and a beaded zipper pull.

I also ended up with a very personal birthday card she had stored in a box of craft supplies, from her grandkids. It was so sweet. This woman was so loved. And I'd like to think that by saving this fabric from a dump and turning it into something I can maybe give my respects to her and her legacy

Her husband was military. There were several uniforms around the house. And they had a game room where they had dozens of hand cut and painted bump back boards and handmade fabric pouches of marbles.

I really enjoy Estate Sales. As morbid as it is there are several every week in my neighborhood. I went to one this weekend that left me with particularly complicated feelings. The woman who lived there must have been whimsical and creative. There was so. Much. Fabric. And sewing patterns!

Oct 31 2025, my second wedding anniversary; Went to the local renfaire as clowns. I made these costumes for us. We brought a bouquet of star shaped balloons in Halloween colors and gave them to children. It was such a nice night! 💖 🤡
