I may be over there multiple days a week for the forseeable future. The forest and river are keeping me from regular meltdowns.

Going to the forest was a good call. I'm calmer. Also, it's most definitely autumn. Lots of leaf crunching as I walked.

So, there is this thing called Vicarious Trauma. Your brain can't tell the difference between watching something horrible happen and experiencing it. This is especially true if one is empathic. Now, I'm wondering if I need to also invlude reports about the horrible thing.... 😐

Having had to fight insurance to get my glp-1 covered, I'm so so sorry you're dealing with this hell. Yes, it would help, and the stupid industry has made it impossible for most people AND it pisses me off. Okay, rant over. I'm sorry and, don't forget, I love you.
