It is fairly heavy on the P2W, with the ADFX-2 being the equivalent of GTA Online's Oppressor Mk2. However, it's still fun imo: there isnt any immediately obvious penalty for losing, and ive managed MVP a few times in the humble starter F-4E. The PIXY cant make up for a bad pilot lol.

I never expect thanks when I let someone cross, I just do because it's proper. But I definitely appreciate it. Like when people thank me for delivering something even though it's my literal job. Gratitude feels nice. Makes my day a little better. If brightening someone's day costs 0, why not do it?

Im a huge EV proponent. I daily a mach E 200 miles for work. Im saying this not because I dont think theyll work; they will. Truckers refuse to buy them, because Americans are idiots. Just being real.

Let me put it this way. 75% of pickup owners tow once per year or less. The avg road trip is 200 miles or so. Yet the F150 Lightning failed because towing kills range & 230 mi range was seen too small. Truckers are even more change averse than avg. 50 mile short hauler still scoffs @ 200 mi range.

Hi there. Car enthusiast here. My daily is electric, because fun cars generally suck on commutes. Rougher ride, exhaust note's fun in the mountains but tiring in traffic, and i dont want to deal with a clutch in rush hour stop & go. if we were that big a bloc, sports cars would be <3% car sales.

Oh absolutely. Short haul makes up a huge portion of trucking. Only issue is getting fleet managers to pay upfront for the much more expensive electric rigs & infrastructure, but that can be solved with incentives and requirements, once our government regains sanity.

With the exception of the Tesla Semi (500 miles) & the exceedingly rare Windrose (400), American EV trucks do 200 or so miles on a charge.

Work truck EV options, there are a couple - the Slate is cheap and good for light duty stuff in the local area, and the upcoming Telo will have an 8K lb tow capacity, 8 foot bed w/ midgate down, & 300 miles of range. Thats the one im waiting for, for my job.

Fwiw this isnt a work truck. It's pretty obvious this is a lifestyle truck for ppl that just want a pickup bed for the sake of having one. They've talked about interior space but not bed size or payload, for example. This is Maverick sized, & <25% of mav owners have ever towed a single thing.
